Integrating art-focused experiences into K-12 classrooms for nearly 2,700 students in all six Batesville area schools with our Arts in Education program.

Marisa has the distinctive ability to capture and captivate her audience as a musician. With influences from Rock, Blues, Country and Oldies -she often jumps from genre to genre, being versatile and layered as an artist. She acquires an Americana style of her own; possessing very bright and powerful vocals - including a soft soprano. Her original songs will also take you on a heartfelt journey - many of them are written and inspired by life experiences growing up in the Batesville area.

Local residents bring Andrew Lloyd Webber's classic musical to life on the BHS stage.

$15 Member; $20 Non-member

Batesville High School

This beloved production is coming to the Batesville stage in 2026! Told entirely through song with the help of a main character Narrator, the musical follows preferred son Joseph. After being sold into slavery by his brothers, he ingratiates himself with Egyptian noble Potiphar, but ends up in jail after refusing the amorous advances of Potiphar’s wife. While imprisoned, Joseph discovers his ability to interpret dreams, and he soon finds himself in front of the mighty but troubled, Elvis-inspired, Pharaoh. Joseph’s solution to Egypt’s famine elevates him to Pharaoh’s right-hand man and reunites him with his family.


The magical musical is full of catchy songs in a variety of styles, Appropriate for all ages, this family-friendly production will be AMAZING for every member of the family.

Lane Deaton, an accomplished student of Bryce Mullins, is also a 2025 Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association (SEIMA) finalist. Lane brings an impressive musicality to his sets.
