The BAAC exists to support arts in education in all six area schools. The BAAC further promotes the arts by providing opportunities for artistic education, expression, and enjoyment in Batesville and the surrounding area.

Education

Integrating art-focused experiences into K-12 classrooms for nearly 2,700 students in all six Batesville area schools with our Arts in Education program.

The Public is invited to a reception (6:30pm) and awards presentation (7:00pm) for the Community Art Showcase which features talented local artists and displays works in the areas of: Fine Arts 2D, Fine Arts 3D, Applied Arts, Photography, and Poetry.

Lane Deaton, an accomplished student of Bryce Mullins, is also a 2025 Southeastern Indiana Musicians Association (SEIMA) finalist. Lane brings an impressive musicality to his sets.
